Open Call for 2026 Art Submission

What Are We Looking For?
The theme for Womankind’s 7th annual "Hear Our Voices" art exhibit is "Presence/Pleasure/Power"! Survivors of gender-based violence can feel as if their own presence, pleasure, and power have been taken away because of what has happened to them. We believe that in their healing journeys, these can all be reclaimed by centering survivors and supporting them to start new chapters in their life where these three elements are interconnected and weaved together. We invite survivors, allies, and community members to create artwork in any medium that embodies what "Presence/Pleasure/Power" means to them.
The virtual exhibit will launch this October in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, with an in-person gallery show at the end of the month. More details will be shared soon.
